This health brand was looking to increase qualified consultations, lower SLA (Service Level Agreement) time, and improve patient acquisition rates—all while scaling efficiently.

What Does Our Client Sell?
This client runs a telehealth platform connecting patients to licensed specialists for skin, hair, and women’s health conditions.
Their funnel is a consult-driven model:
- Ad Click → Landing Page
- Medical Quiz → Booking Page
- Video Consult → Prescription
- Monthly Subscriptions
They only earn when users complete a consultation and subscribe to a care plan.
The $600k Leak We Plugged in the First Month
Their old setup directed all ad traffic to a single booking page.
No personalization. No segmentation.
This meant the no-show rate was over 50%.
We implemented:
- Pre-consult quizzes
- Conditional logic forms
- Dynamic appointment availability
- Zip-code-based provider allocation
That one shift alone improved the appointment show-up rate by 42% and saved them an estimated $600k in lost appointment slots.
Scaling from $1k to $12k Per Day – Sustainably
Scaling a telehealth brand isn’t like selling eCommerce products.
The CAC is much higher, and delays in service delivery (SLA) create drop-offs.
So, we focused on full-funnel campaign design:
- Optimized for Completed Consultations (CC), not just form submissions
- Focused on SLA completion (consult within 48 hrs)
- Created dynamic retargeting based on quiz stage
- Built 6 segmented funnels for: Acne, Hair Loss, Hormonal Therapy, Menopause, Weight Loss, and Skin Aging
Every click was retargeted based on symptom cluster, not just generic remarketing.
Lowered SLA From 4.8 Days to 2.5 Days
Before we came in, the average time to complete a consultation was 4.8 days.
We ran a full-stack backend audit and noticed:
- Providers were unevenly distributed per timezone
- Their booking tool had default delays of 36 hours
- 23% of users dropped off if consult wasn’t completed within 3 days
We streamlined their provider onboarding flow, prioritized ASAP consult slots in ads, and ran “Get Seen in 24H” ads across YouTube and TikTok.
Result?
Average SLA dropped to 2.5 days.
Creative Testing: How the ‘Unsexy’ Outperformed the ‘Flashy’
They had some beautiful videos.
Lots of animations. Dramatic testimonials.
But the CPA was touching $270+.
We tested UGC testimonials, doctor explainer videos, and consult walkthroughs.
The surprise?
A simple 1-minute video of a woman filling out the quiz and completing her booking outperformed everything.
CPA dropped to $108 on YouTube.
$126 on TikTok.
And conversion rates jumped from 12% to 26%.
The Multi-Platform Scaling Strategy
When we took over:
- 90% of the budget was on Facebook
- Google was barely performing
- TikTok wasn’t even being used
